The Teachings of Betty Whipple

RISING STAR PUBLISHER

Welcome To My Home Page

The reason for my website is to promote my three Chicano / Latino books,

CHOLOS: DREAMS & NIGHTMARES

by Frank R. Castillo, books that few people would dare write.

and CHICANO TODAY  Life in Aztlan

http://www.chicanotoday.50megs.com/index_1.html

and The Teachings of Betty Whipple (A Spiritual Journey)

Since I am a first-time author and new self-publisher based in Santa Ana, Orange County, California, I do not have the resources that other publishing companies have.

About Me, Frank R. Castillo

I was born in Cerritos, San Luis Potosi, Mexico and raised in Santa Ana, (Southern California).  I attended public schools (Lathrop Jr. High School and Santa Ana High School) in the Santa Ana Unified School District and graduated from both UC Irvine and UCLA.

In 2001, I started Rising Star Publisher in Santa Ana, Orange County, California to promote good, Chicano/ Latino (Hispanic) Literature.  I will write and publish books that I wish I had read while I was growing up in the US.
